While at the beach I looked down and noticed my stomach had grown...lots! It's absolutely crazy to wake up and see your stomach round and bigger. There is no sight or feeling like it. I can't wait until I can feel the baby moving. I know it is just around the corner...
While I can't feel the baby yet, I know he/she is working hard in my belly. At 15 weeks the baby is about the size of an apple! We are moving rapidly through the produce isle...I remember when "Nutter Butter" was just the size of a small olive! Funny, I read today that although a baby's eyes are shut he/she can still sense light. In fact, if you shine a flashlight up to your belly the baby will reposition to get out of the light. Hai loves the fact that the baby can pee now (that slightly freaks me out). The baby can also suck on his/her thumb...cute! Next week the baby will begin to develop his/her hair pattern! Here is hoping for good hair :)
This Friday I have my next prenatal appointment. I'm excited to hear the heartbeat again :)
