It's a GIRL!

It's a sleepy little girl!

We spent about 45 minutes this morning getting to look at our precious baby GIRL! Yes, a girl! She was so cooperative with the ultrasound through most of the beginning and middle. During this time, the ultrasound tech works on getting pictures of the important things - such as the heart, lungs, toe check, finger check, etc. Nutterbutter just laid there and let her picture be taken. The ultrasound tech later told us she got to see all her little girl parts. However, mid-way though (when she began telling Hai and I what was what) Nutterbutter decided to cross her legs! So cute :) We also got to see her sucking her left thumb. Later, she began playing with and watching her hands. Towards the end, I guess she got really tired because she curled up in a ball and seemed to go to sleep!! Obviously, with Nutterbutter when she is done...she is done!!

We got a lot of great pictures! Our ultrasound tech was really great. I have heard horror stories of ultrasound techs not being that good and you ending up with foggy pictures! Luckily, we were able to see a lot. Also, great news is that she looks perfect - healthy and growing on time. She is measuring right at 20 weeks.

Seeing her move and getting a glimpse at what could just be the best personality really makes everything seem real! Now, I can't wait to start shopping and getting her very fashionable attire.
