Very exciting happening this past weekend while Hai and I were on vacation! Hai finally is able to feel Emma kick. He felt the first kick while in Virigina Beach. Emma must have loved the beach because she kicked up a storm the entire time :) Emma mostly kicks of the afternoon and evening hours. I guess my work puts her to sleep...so she waits to wake up until more interesting things are going on :)
This week marks our 23rd week! According to BabyCenter.com , Emma is just over a pound and 11 inches. Her ears are much more keen as she is becoming familiar with the world around her. Her digestive system is picking up as well. She is drinking the amnitoic fluid she is floating in, as her digestive system is able to absorb nutrients. Her face and body are looking much more like an infant!
Interesting fact...this time next year Emma will be 35 weeks old :)
