Time is ticking down! We have about 8 more weeks to go :) And the obvious time crunch until Emma arrives is starting to be noticeable. Tuesday we will go on our hospital tour and this Friday we will have a baby shower with family and friends. Both I am really looking forward too!
As we enter week 32 Emma is staying busy. She now has toenails, fingernails and her hair (or peach fuzz). Her skin is softing and plumping up as she gets ready to make her appearance. While it feels like she is awake all the time, most literature says Emma sleeps 90% of her day away. Babies at 32 weeks are around four pounds and 19 inches!
I definitely can tell Emma is growing! Now, I pressure from the very top of my stomach (near my rib cage) to the very bottom of my stomach...all at the same time. Sometimes, if feels like I have a foot stuck in my rib. Though, if I nudge her just a little bit she moves!
Keep me in your thoughts this week as I start back to work. Wednesday I have orientation and then, Thursday I will begin my new position. I'm very excited to be back in the classroom...I've missed it so!!
