My doctor's appointment this morning went well. The regular nurse was back and she was able to find Emma's heartbeat on the first try. Maybe Emma is just particular on who she behaves well for :)I've been having a lot of pressure and sharp pains in my pelvic region the last couple of days. The doctor said that is just Emma pushing down and settling into place. Also, I asked just how big they think Emma will be. I was a rather large baby and so was Hai. I do not want to have to push a 10lb baby out! The doctor said I was measuring beautifully and since I am measuring on schedule they expect Emma to be around 7lbs when born. I hope their prediction is right!!
Did you know babies dream? I guess I thought they did but never really thought about it. The doctor mentioned it today because I was asking him about Emma's wild movements. Sometimes, she jolts a lot! The doctor said they aren't sure what causes it but believe it's dreaming. He said maybe she is dreaming about running...haha!
Since next week is Thanksgiving the doctor's office is closed Thursday and Friday. So, my next appointment is Monday 11/30.
