40 weeks!

Half of all pregnancies go past the 40 week mark...so I'm not counting on Emma listening to my eviction notice.

This week marks the 40th week of my pregnancy! Though, 40 is suppose to be the "end" you just never know. The doctors definitely won't let me go into the 42nd week. Last week Dr. B spoke as if he would like to induce this week if things are progressing (dilation, cervix softening, etc.). However, you just never know. It's all up to my body and Emma - two things I have no control over right now!

Emma at 40 weeks:

• Emma could weigh anywhere from 6lbs to 9lbs. I'm betting on the higher end.


• She will likely measure anywhere from 19 to 22 inches long!


• She is definitely head down...or she was last week at least.

I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow. We are seeing the lady we saw at our first appointment. So hopefully, she will bring good news!
